Diva R2 + 2
DIVA is a 5-interpolating axes NC-machining centre meant to process simple and complex workings on 5 sides of a working piece: boring, mortising, tenoning, shaping, finger-joint, routing etc.
A solution engineered both for a small-scale production, which requires the greatest flexibility and high production standards, and for a big production: the equipment with loading and unloading systems combined with a compact and multi-function working table, guarantees speed, efficiency and high productivity rates.
Moreover, the peculiarity of DIVA is to be a “pocket” NC-machining centre: top-quality structure, high performances, speed, productivity, all in a space of less than 9 m².
Among the main features of DIVA:
- Sturdy fixed bridge structure with movable working table sliding on big-sized hardened guides;
- X,Y and Z axes movements through Brushless motors coupled with ball-screws;
- Wide configuration of the bi-rotative operating heads according to production needs;
- Multi-function single or double working table with possibility to clamp plywood shells and chair legs in a single piece-positioning;
- Max. flexibility in the piece fixing and different working table configuration available (AT and FT version);
- Compact working area granting reduced working times and the shortest trajectories of the operating head;
- Loading and unloading systems for high production available;
- Easy programming thanks to a Windows based operative system;
- Small overall dimensions.
In particular, the version DIVA R2+2 features a 5-axis operating unit equipped with n. 2 double-outlet electrospindles, power 7,5 kW – 18.000 rpm – each.
