Description

Automatic hydro-pneumatic multi-spindles machine for turning and sanding wooden pieces with a maximum length of 300mm and a maximum square of 100x100mm (on request, it’s possible to machine a maximum square of 120x120mm)

6-station rotary drum with the following stages of operation:

• Pick-up the piece from the feeder and closure of locking gripper
• Gouges roughing with the option of double work cycles. The gouge slide is hydraulically driven;forwards and backwards speeds can be changed independently
• Finishing with a hydraulically-controlled profiling tool
• Initial sanding of the piece with adjustable oscillating brushes
• Final sanding of the piece with adjustable oscillating brushes
• Automatic piece ejection or translation to the TRANSFER U.F.150/220

Programmed logic control functioning for immediate fault detection and for easier setting up

On request the following options can be fitted with:

• Cross-drilling unit for 20mm maximum diameter holes and maximum depth of 50mm
• Cross-drilling unit for 180° holes
• Drilling unit for axial holes mounted on the feeder

Machine complies with CE standards to guarantee highest operator safety

Overall noise level of the machine is less than 85 decibels.
